What is a good VI book for beginner

Hello out there
I am totaly new to Web technology (I do program in VB and Access VBA but not consider a novice). I want to do a web database. Can anyone suggest me any good beginner's book in using VI? Is "Using Visual InterDev 6" Published by Que a good book for me? And last question: Can anyone give me some advise that should I learn InterDev or other development tool for doing Web database? any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much
