What influences outbound caller ID in CUCM?

I have a 2921 gateway configured and in SRST outbound name/number is working as it should. In non-SRST mode, the correct calling number is displayed but not the location and/or name (when calling 911). Is it something in the gateway in CUCM that influences the outbound (under the call routing section) or maybe this is a carrier issue. I'm wondering if individual DIDs are not mapped against the main address or it's a simple gateway configuration issue.

Answer: 911 route pattern.

It can be any number of things. Route List. Route Pattern. External Phone Number mask on the phone.
