What in the Receptionist check box for on the User tab? 1

so if you hit their voicemail you could hit 0 to be transferred to their admin user for example

Receptionist softconsole...but you need a licence...
You get a warning in the error pane if checked and no licence

it will hire a receptionist for you to take all your calls if you check it.
