Hi guys,
You don't know how much this forum has helped but I'm stumped.
See for my configuration.
My user needs to change their AA message which seems to be playing from box number 771 which has a COS = 15 for AA1.
You can dial 771 from the PBX and hear the AA playing.
I've tried to change it from the System Administrator Mailbox with the following but:
770 - Dial Vmail Group
<log into Sys Admin>
9 -
3 - Automated Attendant
4 - Announcements
2 - Play Announcement
Plays the default announcement while the one that really plays is "their own voice".
So I'm trying to log into the 771 Voicemail box but it seems that they changed that password and don't remember it.
My question is, if I "Initialize Password" with
9-
4 - Mailboxes
6 - Modify a Mailbox
771 - Pick mailbox=771 (w/ COS-15)
3 - Initialize Password
How are we going to be able to log into that Account to change the recording?
I *really* don't want to lock myself out of it completely and I'm trying to come up with the procedure to give the receptionist so I don't have to drive over there
Thanks,
Shanon
