What Headset Do you Use with the I2050

I am just getting around to having one of my users fully test the I2050 softphone with the HotDesk feature. I would love advice on headsets and best practices on HotDesking.

Nortel makes a headset, but any usb headset will do. I'm pretty satisfied with the plantronics version I've got.

The Nortel USB headset that they recommend is:
NTEX14AC
but I do agree that others will work.

I had volume issues (on analog trunks) using after market USB adapters, especially GNNetcom, we found the Nortel adapter worked best.
