What % have ActiveX disabled in email?

We are exploring embedding video in our HTML email newsletters but are concerned about the number of recipients who will have ActiveX disabled. Does anyone have a guess as to what percent of people (the general public) have ActiveX disabled either consciously or through their Anti-Virus software? We are trying to figure out whether or not this is even worth doing. A company is trying hard to sell us on their service to do this (and we like the idea), but my first test quickly gave me an ActiveX warning. That made me wonder how many others would experience the same thing.

A better solution would be to post the video on an internet page and simply provide a link in the e-mail.
