What happens to my controls

Hi,
I am very new to asp.net. I started learning by making a very simple project. The webform has only one label, one textbox and one button. When I run the project, I get a debugger message. So I turned off the debugger i.e Run the project without debugging. Now when the project loads into the explorer all I see is the labels. What happened to the textbox and the button.
Any help will be appreciated.

It probably has something to do with getting an error. The debugger catches things that make your project act unnaturally.

What was the error that you had? That'l do donkey, that'l do
