We have several Panasonic phones controlled by a Panasonic NCP PBX.
When an external call comes in, an incoming call distribution group causes all of the extensions to ring. What gets displayed at the extensions is the name if the ICD group and the phone number that was called; i.e., our phone number. No caller id information for the caller is displayed.
None of the settings as shown by the Maintenance Console seem wrong; i.e., as far as I can tell, the caller id information should be displayed. Is there a setting I'm overlooking that controls what gets displayed at extensions when such a call comes in? Or do we need to contact our TSP to see if they're actually sending caller id information?
If this post seems familiar, I did post a similar question a while ago, but right after that we thought we weren't going to be using the Panasonic PBX. That has changed now, so I thought I'd post the question with a bit more information to see if anyone has any additional insights.
