I am using a ASD List Price programmer and configrating a Callcenter price list. I am not sure when I should add a TSAPI Advanced License. Anyone would like give me a detail reference? Thanks.
first, you shouldn't create configurations manually, there's an avaya solution designer tool made specially for that.
second, all licenses and functions are described in offer definition documents. if you're an avaya business partner, you should have access to their bp portal and you can get these documents. specifically you need aes offer definition.
third, advanced tsapi licenses are used to provide the following functions (service requests): MakePredictiveCall, RouteSelect, RouteSelectInv, SelectiveListeningHold, SelectiveListeningRetrieve. in short, it is similar to the ASAI Plus license. advanced tsapi are sold in packs based on the pbx platform and not the active users -- i.e. there are different numbers for s8300 and s8700. it does make sense if you note that this license covers only server-side functionality.
p.s. also there are different aes bundles for third-party software like contact center express, nice logger cmapi or witness cmapi. they're described in aes offer definition.
