what filters can i use to smoth out a pixaleted image 2

duriing a trip to england i photographed a friend who spins fire. To capture the flames and movement a long exsposure must b used which has caused the images to appear grainy and pixaleted, all sugestions would b very welcome!
 
Tough to tell without seeing the pic but start with, and experiment with:

Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask
 
you can also experiment with Reduce Noise...Filter\Noise\Reduce Noise
 
If you want smooth, you need to blur.

Remember the old 'garbage in garbage out' addage. If a picture is toasted, you cannot turn it back into dough.
 
There is also a nice anti-artifacting filter called Smart Blur.
Russell Brown dot com has a brief tutorial on the filter.
