I'm a VB programmer being forced to write a FoxPro application. I'm using Visual FoxPro 6.0 with the Crystal Reports OCX on the form to call reports. FoxPro's native report generator is so lame!

I'm using a Visual FoxPro database container with ODBC on Win 95 platform. Can you tell me which files, (.dll's, .dep's, etc.) that I need to include on the installation diskettes for distribution with my Visual FoxPro application so the user can see what a real report generator can do? Your insights are greatly appreciated. :) [sig][/sig]

Crystal has a specific Help file (runtime.hlp) that gives the list including the location and function of each file. It should be on your PC.

Open this file and from the Contents open "Method Used..." and then select the OCX from the bottom of the list.

It doesn't list any deps, but you can check for these when you find the files. [sig]<p>Ken Hamady<br><a href=mailto:ken@kenhamady.com>ken@kenhamady.com</a><br><a href= Reports Training by Ken Hamady</a><br>[/sig]
