What files/folders are Required on Runtime Package

After creating a Access runtime setup package in developer, which files and folders need to be included on the installation disc or download?

the package directory includes; but which are needed?
package/(setup.exe, autorun.inf) /Runtime
/Support

Do I need to include the Runtime and Support subdirectories? If needed that will make the download over 50 megs. The setup file is only 12megs
