I had done this years ago (from someone else's post on here) and it has been invaluable. The script is as simple as

OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT NUMBERBYDIGIT CLID NUMBERBYDIGIT CLID
END VOICE SESSION

DISCONNECT

As long as you have the number segments recorded and the CDN/ACD stuff complete, it should work like a charm.
