Speaking of such, I'm receiving an Mach 1 for a demo system next week, interested in anyone who has put them in and serviced them. I'm considering taking the product line on and am curious how well it installs and services.
It is only my opinion, based on my experience and education...I am always willing to learn, educate me!

Mach1 is great small phone system. TalkPath is a good match, digital only please. They install very fast & have nice options. Good default setup.

I think that the quality of the Vodavi product are very good compared to the price.

For users and customers outside the USA, Vodavi is known as LG.
To translate the Vodavi product names to LG product names, I have prepared this list:

Vodavi XTS = LG LDK-50/100/300/600 series.
Vodavi Telenium = LG LIK-100/300 series.

Vodavi Triad = LG GDK-series (GDK-16E, GDK-20W, GDK-FP-II, GDK-100, GDK-162 and GDK-185).

This list should make it easier to comapare the PBX'es.

My company deals in Vodavi, and Avaya. In comparision, you will get alot more functionality for the price with
Vodavi. But it seems you do loose reliability. At times, it seems that Vodavi will have little problems for no reasons. Really nothing major, but just irritating. But you really can't beat the feature/price combo on any of the Vodavi Infinite systems.
