We have several inside salespeople that are in GM 6.5 all day. We have the Last Contact date in the upper pane so it's readily visible regardless of the tab selected. However, sometimes the date doesn't match the last call completion date showing in the History tab. There are both some before and some after the last history activity.
I've checked the other tabs to see if maybe Accounting or someone else has made notes, etc. but generally there's nothing else to indicate activity that should be reflected in that field. Plus, if there's a History entry that's more recent than the Last Contact date, does that indicate the field is *not* being updated correctly, or could there be some logical reason for that field to not be updated?
