W2K server comes with IIS 5.0 and in installed by default. Exchange comes apart. W2K Advanced server will give you clustering (up to 2 nodes), load balancing, upper RAM limit (8 GB), upper multi-processor limit (up to 8). Have a look by yourself on MS web site. [sig][/sig]
