I have a Netgear mr814 setup for wifi at a restaurant for the customers and I have recently been receiving the log files with multiple "remote manage" entries. Does this mean someone has been hijacking my router? I wonder because it is set to block kazaa, bearshare, and others. The log looks like this:

1| remote manage: Src IP=83.136.67.2
2| remote manage: Src IP=203.91.132.114

Depending on what kind of router you have, most will give you an option to configure the router from a remote location (not recommended for security purposes) in other words i can open a web browser from any computer and put in the IP address assigned to it and configure the router from the location i'm at now as oppose to only allowing access if your on the LAN or hard wired to it. Sounds like they're not doing anything malicious but doing you a favor by blocking those programs, because having kazaa and most other P2P filesharing programs are full of spyware and viruses. Maybe you should do some mac address filtering (wont' prevent hackers) but will add some security.
