What does this SCSI error mean?

Installed a PCI UltraSCSI Host adapter with 2 SCSI5-VHDCI connectors in a Sun Blade 100 running Solaris 8. At ok prompt when I typed probe-scsi-all it recongizes the devices, but I get this error:

Fatal SCSI error at script address 8 Illegal instruction


Anyone know what this means? Does it have anything to do with it not being termininated? Thanks for any help.
