What does this "login-4.20.10" mean?

We have a win2k server with 10 per server license. I deleted some users and created some new users from the server.I keep users in 10. One new user when he logon the server, it prompt out this message:
"Login-4.20.10-100 Access has been denied"
but, when I use an old user name,which I deleted from the server. It is working fine. Could any one tell me how to adjust the users on Win2K server?
