what does this mean xml noob

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

i have a xml file and a dtd file but when i try loading it this happens?

It means your XML is malformed. Post it.
