What does this mean? I get this when i boot up the router.

Invalid percentage: valid values are:10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50

This error appears although the router still functions correctly

Can anyone help.

This looks like it is your ( memory-size iomem 25 ) look in your running config and check it out. If you need to change this setting go into global in type in
( Router(config)#memory-size iomem 25.
Here are some values ( Router(config)#memory-size iomem ?
<5-50> percentage of DRAM to use for I/O memory: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 (default), 30, 40, 50 ) Jeter@LasVegas.com
