What does this error message mean?

We upgrade R4.602 to R5.03. The error message prompt out
Listen function:
The required Vines Client application files have not been installed. the vnsapi32.dll liberary could not be loaded.

and also we can not send mails to the outside bound.The mails pending in the mail box.

I'm just curious, when you upgraded/installed the client, did you change the protol you would be using, it's just that it defaults to Banyan Vines and will need to be changed to TCP/IP is that is what you are using. Lamaar75@hotmail.com

I disable the Vines. It still prompt out this error message.
Do I need setup other place? Please tell me where should I setup.
