What does theMotive Assistant for NT?

Hello Im getting crazy trying to find some info regarding the Motive Assistant Service on the internet but no results so far. Does anyone have an idea of what this service does or weather is a Dell system software related service?

I had to unistall some corrupted dell poweredge 4300 server NT4 software and I was asked if I was thinking on reinstallig the motive assistant. Accidently I said no and no I am left with no info about this.

The links provided I don't believe related with the problem above. The motive Assitant is a service not a helpdesk tool as described on the links.

Probably part of the Dell Resolution Assistant- (which I have never actually seen anyone use!) Probably licensed from Motive.

Motive is the manufacture of Dell's Resolution Assistant. Resolution Assistant is no longer used in Dell Server Support, but it is used in the other lines of business Desktop and Portables. Here is a link to what it is:
