Hi there,

I've only very recently started playing around with Linux and was wondering what one of the colours meant when in a bash shell. White is obviously a file whist blue is a directory but could someone please explain the significance of a green file? I am running RH7.3

Thanks!

green is an executable file. do more /etc/DIR_COLORS to see the color association.
