What does OPTIMIZE-CLIMA do?

I have a Hipath 4K V8.
Found this today: OPTIMIZE-CLIMA

I can't find any documentation on it.
What does it do?
When I list my CLIMA lists, the CLIDPNO slots are out of order. Does this line them up correctly?

It is part of the LDPLN command - that too can use OPT-LDPLN
I assume it resets the LDPLN's to be easier to read by the HiPath - that is in numerical order
