WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO INTIGRATE ACTIVE DIRECTORY WITH BOXI R2

I have couple of questions :-

1) Do we need to create user ids for all the members of the AD group prior to the cinfiguration in BOXI.
2) While configuring the AD we need to grant the right “ Trust this user for delegation to any service” to the service account used to run the CMS server. however this is not recommended by Microsoft.

3) We use the Enterprise authentication currently and have our user id's as their AD logon id's so will there will any any conflict after configuring the AD.

Hi,
1: No, BOEXI's AD service will periodically update itself from the AD tree ( assuming you use an account that can access the AD tree.) You can also update/refresh at will once they IDs in AD.

2: Not sure about this..in our setup, the AD config page asked for a ID/pass to access the AD info..this was an existing AD account - do not recall anything about 'delegation'.

3: Maybe, try one or two to see - BOEXI could just create it as an alias...
