What does it mean...

I have one user that cannot send to another user in my ex2007 environment. The only thing I can find in the message tracking logs is a 03I: error in the messageinfo field. I've checked other websites and technet but there is no information on this error. The message info field is suppose to contain date information. Anyone have any idea what this error means or what else I can look at for the reason why 1 person cannot send to just 1 other person (but can receive from this person). I have checked all spam filters/settings that we have as well. TIA

Are they trying to send using Outlook or OWA?

It might be a client related issue if they are using Outlook.

I've tried even adding both of their mailboxes to my outlook (via advanced) and forwarding/sending emails from one to the other. The same result...the only other thing I can think to do is export the mailbox not sending properly to a PST and then recreate the mailbox.

Just endulge me an see if there is any difference using OWA...

There shouldn't be but stranger things have happened.

If you enable some of the additional logging on the Exchange server you may got some extra Event Log messages to give further diags.

Beyond that the recreate idea may be the only route forward.

Tried emailing from OWA with the same result. I'll try recreating the mailbox this weekend and report back on Monday...
