I've a special extension number programmed on a Key of a digital phone. When the user click on the key, he would the a own line but nothing happen, the code associated with the special number is a mistery for me, con someone help me?
Here the configuration:
SPEXPIR=ALL;
SPECIAL PURPOSE EXTENSION DATA
DIR OPT NDC
1200 N A0A101B111
1201 N A0A103B112
1202 N A0A101B113
351 M
The first 2 work fine, 111,112,113 are the destination code for the own route (1200 and 1201 are other 2 extensions).
<roddpEST=ALL;
EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA
DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE
100 1 0025000000002250 0 4 0
101 1 0025000000000250 0 4 0
111 2 0005000000000250 0 4 0
112 5 0005000000000250 0 4 0
113 6 0005000000000250 0 4 0
I Can't change 1203 to simply 113 with the command SPEXIIR=1202,OPT=N,NDC=113; because if I do it, the user can see 113 on display and he don't wont to see it :S
Some Ideas? What does it mean *0*101#113 that is the code now assigned to 1202? I'm not sure it's the original one because I've changed it some days ago without note the older.
Help!!!
Bye
