This comes out when I try to delete message in the sent folder:

"Cannot remove NotesDocument when instantiated by NotesUIDocument"

It sounds like you are attempting to delete a document which is either currently open or being viewed. Depending on your role in the organization, I would recommend asking your local Notes administrator for assistance in resolving this issue.

It sounds like a bug in the "Querydocumentdelete" script in the Database Script of your mail database.
