What does HeldXfr mean ??

It's one of the 4 soft keys on a meridian 3904 digital phone.

I have a user who gets this all the time trying to pull back a XFR. The dn does have multi appearances. It locks the phone up also.

The Nextira tech just left. First he just disabled then enabled the DN and that made the HeldXfr and the Transfer problem she was having go away. He then referred to the Nortel database and it appears there is a code fix for this problem. He also said it only refers to this being a problem with the 3904.

yes i figures out to disable and enable it to get it back but did he tell you it was a patch or firmware upgrade. i do have the latest firmware on it.
