What does ERRNO=22 mean ?

Hello,
I'm writing my first client server program,(TCP/IP) and I'm
getting a 'bind error' on my server program. When I check
errno, it has the value 22.
What does this mean ?
Thnx.

whoops, found it, stupid mistake (I zrote an & on a place
it should not be).
