What does data conflict means in Vectoring?

I'm creating this vector but when I hit F3 it tells me that there's a data conflict. I doubled check everything and it looks fine.

Ive seen this before and im sure it relates to some sort of time out if you write your vector and save it in steps im sure this gets round this. Im sure when im writing large vectors ive seen this and it appears to be something to do with the length of time it take to write sounds strange but im sure its correct.
