Guys , sorry I'm not that techkie, but can anyone tell what does 'Artbiter' means, please? per email below.

'We have just managed to get access to the log files, they were taking a while to open at first.

It looks like the Arbiter has initiated the interchange, we are looking at this in more detail now.

I am asking T3 to look at the log files we have found for any more detail around the interchange, I’ll update you shortly'


 
its the process that juggles a ha duplex pair of CM servers to pick the active one. Health would cause it. Or, an ipsi being offline where "ignore ipsi connectivity in server arbitration" is set to "no". Losing that IPSI would make the arbiter process swap servers.
