When I pull up my Internet Information Services application on my server, the first thing I see is a Treeview control on the left with Internet Information Services as the main "root"
Then off the main root my server name has an asterisk '*' to the left of it. Is this normal?

I found something in MS that said it means it's the local server. Do you all see this?

Where I found the info:
url=/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/proddocs/iitrblsh.asp

My 2 development machines have no '*' next to the server name. I thought I'd ask my Net friends here.

Everything seems to work ok, just looks weard.
