this web is about the school where i teach at.
Making it its just an hobby, since i'm not at all a pro - i'm just a curious guy who loves these related matters.
Anyway any critics are welcome.
Unfortunately xhtml and css doesnt validate in front page because of some javascript i use to display discussions on forums.
There's also a link to an older chess website which i built some time ago, but i'm not worried about it now since i expect to rebuid it in php some time in the future.
The targeted audience is the school comunity (parents, pupils, teachers, and so on).
My goal, besides displaying available info, is to have a fresh, young, apealling look, which i doubt i entirely achieved.
...i miss the creative touch...

Too much white space for me; condense it down some because it can easily fit without scrolling at 1024x768.

thanks for reviewing
you mean the home page, or the rest too?
i'm working on reducing font size on other pages, with a similar goal...

very clean and simple.

there is a lot of white, but that is fine. most large areas of white are divided, or contain text.

the speed seems a bit slow. I'm on dsl, and it takes 2 or 3 seconds per page.

just from my quick review, it seems like everythin is consistant. I think its well done. The simpler the bettter, I think.

I'd have to say that there was too much white space, too.

I think the graphics could be made larger and that it could be condenced to fit on one screen.

A nice, clean site to be certain...but it could use some jazzing up.

The whitespace is indeed an issue here. Maybe you can put everything a bit closer together.

Another thing that I'd like to remark is the mouseOver color in the menu on top. I can hardly read the green text when moving over the links.

But the site's overall design is very good I think. You're on the good track. Fix a few details and the site's perfect.

Good job!

thanks for your good ideas
now it has less white space
better?
