What is your opinion about the Citrix Knowledgebase ( ? I come there a lot to try to find some answers but 90 out of 100 times I always end up where I started... with no answers. Is it just me or do you have the same experiences.

hi,
at that site I always had found answers about "bugs",
but effectively no full satisfaction about troubleshooting
and how-to.
A big problem is that 90% of the problem-question you
encounter in a Metaframe deployement, are Windows things.
A metaframe deployement, requires high know of Windows, than
a normal Windows network deployement.
