What do I Need for this development environment?

Hello,

I'm an Oracle newbie and I need some help in just getting started.

I want to create an Oracle database that interacts with Oracle forms. What do I need to download from the Oracle site?

I was thinking:
Oracle 9i Database
Oracle 9i Forms Developer

Do I need anything else like the Application Server?

I'm, now installing the RDBMS (database) 9i on XP Pro (by the way the home version is not compatible with Oracle) and I got some problem that are still opened.
