What do digits 1010333 in Route pattern mean?

In one of my route patterns the digits 101033 get inserted. I think that's associated with Sprint. But I don't really know how that works. I don't get bills from them. Could you explain that to me and what that number exactly does?

10-10 numbers are used to bypass your primary long-distance carrier. If for example you're long-distance can't complete a call to specific long-distance location, you can try inserting a 1010 number for another carrier to complete the call.

In your case, if you ever had a call make it to the third preference of your route-pattern you'd be using Sprint's 10-10 service and would more than likely be billed according to their 1010 rates.
