What device has failed?

Hi there,

I have just started setting up Insight Manager and I've come across a problem. I'm running IM 7.0 on a Windows 2000 Pro compaq desktop and using an ML350 G3 for testing.
If I pull out one of the two power supplies on the back of the server I receive a major error email notification. What I can't seem to work out is how to get I.M. to tell me that it's the power suppy that's failed. How do I set the system up to tell which piece of hardware has failed?

I am also experiencing the same problem
 
Well kind of. I can't work out how to get the email to tell me what's failed but realised that if you access the server on CIM and then click on "Compaq Subsystem Status Information" under "Device Links" then it should tell you there.

I've just printed off the Insight Manager 7 Technical Reference Guide but it's over 500 pages!! I'm hoping that somewhere in there is the answer to how to create a more informative email. If there is I'll let you know.

I have a follow on problem from here is as much as when I enter the Compaq Subsystem Status Information link, I get:

Compaq Subsystem Status Information (using SNMP)

HTTP Status 404, Not Found
User: 007F
Group: anonymous
Request: /webagent/remote/index.tpl

I'm thinking it may have something to do with the anonymous account but since our policy is to have Compaq Web agent turned OFF, I cannot see why this is. I have also tried this with CWA turned on and get the same result. Any ideas?
