I am trying to do a custom price list that will show the actual cost per item, even if the item is not is stock. So far I have no luch acheiving this.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have

What kind of pricing do you use? Normal, or Contract?

Normal, also is it possible to auto update the base unit price with the actual unit price?

Stock items are in ICILOC, but non-stock items don't have "actual costs", that's why they're non-stock items! Your best bet would be ICCOST, where you would get the last receipt cost.

Thanks a lot will get into crystal right away.

In regard to the other question; how to update the base unit price with the actual price? does any one have any procedure to do that?

Any info will be greatly apreciated.

Record a macro in Accpac, that will give you the VB code you need to start.

Thanks if I have any problems I will post here.
