Hi guys.

In the past I have been certified with ACA and had some PA certificate for CM.
But I never installed one in the end.
Now there are two installs coming in the near future so I have to do some courses again as I forgot most of it.
Avaya learning changed recently and I am having a hard time finding out what I need to know.
I work on the IPOffice for over eight years now so I know some of the CM products but not enough.
What do I need to know before starting these installs?
Thanks.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Peter , you need implementation of avaya aura , (this includes all system platform , cm templates and server options, plus CMM integration ) this will the provide you with enough info for ACIS implementation , then you need to take the basic admin course , and then the advancved trouble shoooting course provide ACSS , if you go to our secret forum I will be able to help you with lots of official stuff....at a small fee :)

It has all changed massively no more loading cm straight onto the servers , basically you load xen hypervisor that installls dom 0(back end ) cdom (web management) services(sal) , then you load your templates onto system platform , the templates are what contain the type of cm specific to the server , then there is lots of cool stuff like utility server , the gateways and port network set ups are the same.

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)
