I am a rookie when it comes to video cards so please tell what I should buy, here is what I need

I currently have a video card and a seperate TV tuner card
I want to
- have 1 card that will do both
- be able to record both audio and video
(I want to use the PC to record my favorite tv shows)
- I do not do any type of video editting just recording
- I do not play video games so high performance is not a
big issue in this regard
- I want the ability to send a video/audio signal to the TV
- And most important of all I am cheap!! but with that
said I would like this card to be the last one I buy for
while so I don't mind spending what it takes to get what
I want, Is 100-150 reasonable for these features

One last point I am happy with my current video card, I
can't tell you who makes it but it does have 64megs or ram and works well for my needs so if a new, seperate tv tuner card will trick then that would work for me.

So any suggestions or options good or bad on what will work for me would be great.

Thanks for any replies

To add on to the above posting

My local PC store has a TV tuner card;

Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert w/ remote for 80$(can)

can anyone comment on this product?

It seems to have what you look for, except for the TV-out which is normally a feature of the graphics card.
Also, check for the minimum system requirements. A minimal system performance is needed from your system.
