the question is very easy: what can you do whith this. Is it like Fireworks or something like Illustrator?

Think of it as a smaller version of Photoshop, only aimed specifically for the creation of web site elements like: rollovers, image maps, GIF animations, etc. In fact, one can create the whole webpage with it too.
