I'm using an auto-attendant in our Intuity. I've got the timeout feature set to transfer after a few seconds with no entry. Audix says "transferring to an operator, please wait" and then does the transfer.

Is there any way to get "her" not to say that, and to just do the transfer? In this case, it's not actually an operator that we transferring to, and we'd rather callers not hear that terminology.

Thanks.

You can customize the Audix announcements; it's not too difficult to do. In this case, you can just eliminate the announcement fragment "transferring to an operator" and perhaps leave the "please wait" part.

See the AUDIX Announcement Customization and the Announcements/Fragments for Audix manuals.
