What are warnings set to?

In a module, I want to set warnings off, run a query, but then instead of setting warnings back on, I want to set warnings to what they were when the module was called. They may have been off but they may have been on.

Is there any way to tell what warnings are set to at the beginning of the module?

I don't think so. At least I didn't find one in the few minutes I looked through the help and one 'third party' reference on Ms. Access.
