We have an Elite IPK -release 4(I think)- I need to know what we will need to switch from a T1 to a PRI. I know that we need to get a PRT(1)-U10 ISDN or PRT (1)-U20 ISDN PRI Card just want to make sure that I dont miss anything do we need keycodes or anyhting like that os is it just a hardware swap.
I just cant seem to get a hold a my vendor to call me back.
Maybe we are to small to take their time.
