What are the steps for outting a RLI so I can rebuild the RLI correctly?

Somebody bombed the RLI process and has messed up several phones.

What are the steps for outting an RLI so I can rebuild the RLI correctly?

maybe you need to look at the several phones you are referring to---if you out an RLI-that will impact every phone.
but if you are so inclined

Changing an RLI is pretty easy to do and there is not much you can change anyway. Never had to delete one, but my guess is that you will have to remove/change every NPA/NXX it appears on before you can delete it.
