I'm not sure I could do justice to a comprehensive definition, but the Head of Enterprise Resource Planning would be reponsible for the system(s) that contols the ERP for the company, including Finance/Accounting, Human resources, Manufacturing, Supply chain management, Project management, Customer relationship management, for instance,
