What are the requirements to enable Mobile Services on Exchange

Hello,

We have our Single Exchange 2003 Server setup and everything seems to be working properly.

Now we would like the Mobile Services to work so our Staff can check emails with their Palm Treo's.

What do I need to setup for the Mobile Services to work properly.

If anyone can help would be great.
