what are the prerequisites to learn using crystal reports

I've worked only with webi and Desktop intelligence reports. I want to learn crystal reports too. can anyone suggest me how to start with it. what are the prerequisites to learn crystal reports ..Thank you

You can take classes directly from Business Objects and/or certified instructors. Business Objects offers Report Designer 1, 2 and 3. I have attended all of these and they are a very good start. Check ot this page....

I feel the best prerequisite is to understand databases and SQL first, which is key to providing the best architecture.

There are plenty of books out there, from ...for Dummies on up to reasonably comprehensive texts.
